Appointments
Here at New Harvest Therapy Services we make sure all our clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of.
During your first visit, we will meet with you to discuss what brings you to therapy and take a thorough history. From there, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan. If your appointment is at the office, due to confidentiality concerns, we do not have a receptionist at the office.
Our office is primarily paperless. This means before your first appointment, you will receive an email with access to our confidential, HIPAA compliant, patient portal to complete your paperwork and consent for treatment. If you have not completed the patient portal beforehand (and your appointment is in-person), when you arrive at our office for your first visit, you will find clipboards in the waiting area with paper registration packets. Please complete the packet, have a seat in the waiting area. Your clinician will meet you at your appointment time.
